I have been a counsellor since the year 2000.
My core model is that of Person Centred Counselling, My main aim is to accept you without conditions, to be able to understand you from your own point of view, and to be congruent and real with you. I am also trained in a range of other therapies, and can integrate insights from Transactional analysis, Gestalt, CBT, and also Focusing and Experiential psychotherapy

I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), the Focusing Institute and the British Focusing Teachers Association (BFTA).
I am recognised by the Focusing Institute of America as a focusing-oriented psychotherapist and focusing trainer.
